ABOUT TNT TRACERS
TNT Tracers is an established tracing and debt recovery agency in South Africa, taking the tracing and debt recovery industry to a whole new level. We realized that tracing and debt recovery is the least enjoyed aspect of any financial institution mainly because it's viewed as the dirty work as debtors can be very arrogant and mean when approached to pay up. We offer a "No Trace, No Fee." debt/ recovery service using our focused, flexible and specialized service.
We operate from our offices in Lindhaven, Roodepoort, Johannesburg which is our head office. Our aim is to become the largest tracing agency that provides ITC checks to credit providers in South Africa.
In pursuit of our vision to render the best service to our customers and our mission being to satisfy our clients we take a step further by visiting the address of the traced party to make sure it's the correct address to avoid return of non-service. We have also invested in a number of more advanced tracing tools which help us have a greater chance of successful complete of instructions in no time.
On-board we have experienced investigators/ tracers and a quality control department to ensure all work is up to standard as per the service agreement as well believe in quality work and "nothing beats quality."
